Yoga is my hometown.

I guide people — into shapes and spaces — that can cultivate connection, confidence & calm.

Born and raised in Maine. Cat mom. Loves a good book and a good party.

My undergraduate education is in Public Health and Sociology. I have always aspired to be in the wellness world. Since I was in high school, I knew I loved women’s health, helping others and learning about the way the body functions. I always wanted to help deliver babies.

During my Peace Corps service from 2016 to 2018, I was confronted with the maternal and child health realities in the western world and decided to channel my focus into spirituality, holistic health, and movement.  I devoted much of my attention to studying yoga during my time in the Peace Corps.

I read, I practiced, I meditated. I started to discover my true self at 26.

After completing my service in 2018, I traveled to Thailand for my first yoga teacher training and became certified in vinyasa and restorative yoga. Since then, I’ve completed continuing education in Ayurveda, The Chakras, Trauma Informed Yoga, Breath work, Mobility and Functional Movement, Awakening Yoga and more!

I love unearthing new perspectives to more deeply understand the way humans move, feel, connect, express and evolve.

My Warrior Journey

Yoga found me.

My relationship to my body guided me to explore self-love through movement.

My approach to the yoga practice is rooted in a process of deep devotion to my body to unearth the truth we hold in our physicality.
